My 2003 consumes fuel so so so much and when am driving,if i slow down to climb a speed braker,i have to step on the acceleration so hard before it will pick and all of a sudden it will pick up at once but it cease at first before picking.Could the problem be the fuel pump? If the fuel pump is bad,could it make the car consume fuel so much?
