how do you know when to change the oil

Is there any advice regarding driving inhot weather above 110?

It used to switch to the Gas motor at around 35mph now it does it right away when you step on the Gas or even after a few seconds while on idle. When it goes to Gas it makes a loud rumbling sound and the entire engine shakes a little. When it's on Gas it also rumbles a bit when you slightly step on the Gas. Anyone know what could be wrong? If I step on reverse while in Gas, no sound no matter how fast I try to go, only seems to be a problem going forward. No sound when a press on the Gas far enough and the engine runs smooth. It only happens when you apply a little gas does seem to matter how fast I'm going.

When accelerating, the noise gets louder and higher in pitch, when slowing down, the opposite. It makes the noise in Neutral, Drive, or Brake (engine breaking). When going down a hill in Neutral and accelerating under its own weight, it acts the same. Everything about the sound is related to car speed. It does not vary with load (accelerating up a hill) or lack of load (coasting down a hill) in Drive or Break. In a rear wheel drive car, I would be looking at the differential (likely) or the throwout bearing (Not likely as to no variance under load). There is a almost unnoticeable vibration associated with this sound. The transmission is a CVT.

I hit a curb pretty hard, now my car rumbles when I press the gas. A mechanic from the Nissan dealership says the front driver side frame rail needs to be replaced? I am not sure whether it is the frame rail or the wheel bearing.

system is fully charged with regrigerant.
