Nissan Altima starter will not crank on 2003 Nissan Altima

I turn the key and no noise from the starter. I replaced the starter a few months ago cause of the same reason and when I first tried to start it then there was nothing. We played around alittle with the starter and then it worked. Now I am faced with the same prob and don't think it is the starter as it is new?????

I had intermittent cranking issue on 2003 altima 2.5s. The lights on dashboard would go out when I turned the key and nothing would happen....car would not turn over. Turned out to be loose anti theft key below driver side dash near console. Pushed it in tight and car cranks fine now.
