Newark Autobody & Service
I brought my Accord in for service it had hesitation problems, spoke to Harrold and left my car there. He called me later that day and told me that I needed a minor tuneup to fix my problem, he also told me that they had looked over the car and found some other things that the car would need. He explained that I could hold off on the other but that I would eventually need to address those problems. The tune up was reasonable in price, and I appreciate the fact that he told me what was important to fix and things that I could hold off on, not like other places where they want to sell you everything. I have to say I'm a happy customer and I'm getting better gas mileage.

Honest repair shop and good work at fair prices. My car was not running properly and I went to 2 repair shops, one told me that the repairs would be Over $600.00 and the other told me it would be around $750.00. Newark Autobody & Service fixed my car for $80.00, they replaced a sensor and my car is now running great.

Ok, where do I start? Man, oh, man! My wife was driving from Jersey City to the Newark Airport when the car just died in the express lane of the 1&9 South. She calls me screaming in a panic that she does not know what to do and the road service company has not answered her frantic calls. I called a buddy of mine that works in Newark and asked him for some help, he in turns calls this people and within 20 minutes they had a tow truck picking up my wife and her car.
What was wrong with the car? Something they call a "timing belt tensioner spring" had broken and ruined the whole engine. The service manager explained that it would be cheaper to put a used engine than to repair the one in the car, total bill to change the engine $1500 bucks! promised in 5 days but delivered in 3. Thanks guys, car runs well and the wife is happy, can't ask for anything more.
