Question: new fuel filter,pump etc, car will not fire up

Rookie

will not start. all new parts including, fuel filter, pump, etc relating to fuel. Car will not get the gas to the motor. It will fire up if you were to spray something in the fuel inject thingy, but only for a sec then stop. new motor less than 10000 miles
Help please! what in the world could it be?

Check the fuel pressure to make sure it is up to spec. If the pressure is good the next step would be to check for power and pulse signal to the injectors from the pcm. There could also be a fault with the anti-theft system, is the security light flashing on the dash?
