Is it possible it is the brake lights that are stuck on? Maybe the brake light switch is sticking on?

If the lights are stuck on right now, I would try to determine if it is indeed the brake lights that are stuck on. Do this by having someone step on the brake pedal and see if the brake lights come on.
If it is the brake lights that are currently stuck on, you'll need to look at the brake light switch and see if it is stuck on. The switch is down by the brake pedal. Sometimes the switch is adjustable, so it may need to be adjusted.

I checked and it's not the brake lights. It's the regular one. When you turn the lights off the headlights go off but the rear ones stay on.

I'm thinking you have a stuck relay. You should consider getting a repair manual if you wish to continue looking at this. Try alldatadiy.com and get the online subscription, and look at the wiring diagram to find out where the power to those bulbs comes from.
