Please read!!! I took my vehicle in initially for an over heating issue. I explained to the mechanic/owner, Andrew, that the vehicle has been completely overhauled, everything had been replaced, brand new; and I was still receiving an over heating indication. I elaborated, giving Andrew a detailed explanation of all that I replaced and repaired on the vehicle and told him I thought that it very well could be the instrument cluster. He then responded with; "sure thing, we can take a look at it and take care of that." I also included that the over heating indication was interfering with the drivability. It felt as if it was off timing I explained. He agreed, responding with when an engine gives an over heating indication it interferes with the timing and drivability of the vehicle as a precaution to protect the engine. Very well! I left feeling we were on the same page. I was comfortable! I returned two days later to a $580 bill and some change. I jump in the vehicle to take off and I realize the gauge still read the engine was running hot. I call Andrew back to the vehicle saying this was the reason I brought the car in. He went over all that he and his staff have done, replaced, and repaired and explained the car was not in fact over heating. He said "it's your gauge, the instrument cluster. No shit! We went over this when I dropped the car off. I will admit that he changed a condenser fan switch which increased the cold air blowing out of the A/C. Okay! Not a $580 job. I drove the car for 2 days because it was Friday, and returned today to see if possibly they could make right on the wrong they did. Andrew tells me everything he and his staff did was done right and that it was my cluster and the drivability issue was now a secondary mis-fire coming from bad spark plug wires. Wait, didn't you tell me Andrew that an over heating indication will interfere with the drivability and timing as a precaution to protect the engine??? Plus, wires and plugs have all been changed new. I feel like I was set up for the fall and I took the bait! Put a cute girl in the front office, give off a comfortable, homey, family owned impression, take my car, take my money and "I'm sorry sir, it's something else, give us more money and we might be able to fix it." He/they, are supposed to be master techs and mechanics. They new it was the cluster! The temperature gun clearly showed the vehicle wasn't over heating. And I'm sure he shot the temperature gun on it before he started any work. I communicated I replace all the temperature sensors both on the block and on the thermostat housing, water pump, thermostat, radiator, etc. Everything was new pertaining to the coolant system. New age Automotive said they changed the sensors, again. They got me. I'm writing this to inform whom ever may one day read this. I hope this doesn't happen to another soul. This is wrong. He/they didn't even offer to change out my cluster. A job that would take them no more than an hour. Greed is a cancerous root! I'm a strong believer in what goes around comes around. I'm a bartender which is a great networking platform. I am going to do my very best to deter any and every one I encounter from doing business with these people. I took my car in for one thing, they fix 4 or 5 other things and the initial problem still exist. Thank you New Age for wasting my time, taking my money, and not even offering to change out the cluster. Such a disappointing experience.

Once again, New Age to the rescue. I'm a regular customer and a few months back Andrew installed 4 new tires on my car. Imagine my surprise when I discovered my right rear tire was almost flat. I brought the car in, the nail was removed, the tire was repaired and refilled with nitrogen and I was on my way. Quick, professional and done. thanks, New Age Automotive. I'll be back.
