1998 Chrysler Town & Country Question: Neutrel safety switch

 Rookie

Started my car and it turned and then died, this happened 3x and then no turnover. All the lights go on and so i know not a bad battery i put 30 bucks in gas last night. I was informed it may be the Neutrel Safety Switch. Does anyone know where i might find this switch on my 98 chrylser T&C.

    You do not have a Neutral Safety switch on your vehicle. The 41TE transaxle is equipped with a transmission range sensor (TRS) that is located on top of the valve body. This sensor will allow for accurate transmission gear position measurement. To service the transmission range sensor (TRS), you must remove the valve body.. Note: Just because your lights go on does not mean that the battery is good. Have your battery tested for Cold Cranking Amps output. Most auto parts stores will do this for free.
