2000 Dodge Neon Question: Neon won't crank(turn-over), relays and switches checked\replaced

Edsternc, Mooresville, NC, December 19, 2009, 21:03

HELP! I have verified that the relays are good...the PCM has been replaced....Power is getting to the starter.... The only noticeable action when turning the key is the relay clicking. The instrument panel lights up. Bench tested the starter, it is fine. Changed the neutral safety switch as well.

Any thoughts or questions would be much helpful.

Thank you in advance.

I see 4 or 5 manufacturers carrying ignition switches and if they all stock this item then it must fail, sounds like you checked everything else maybe this is bad
