is (Upper or lower radiator hose) ? 1-10 how difficult is it replace?

    Pretty easy. Follow upper hose to thermostat housing. Pull hose by hand or with screwdriver assist after removing clamp. Then remove housing with socket wrench. After removing, pull out thermostat by hand and remove old gasket by scraping it completely away. Note position of old thermostat. Then place new thermostat in and new gasket in and reverse procedure.

    There's no gasket. It's rubber oring aroung the thermostat. It's not as easy as you might think.
