The idle is controlled by the PCM, and the air entering the throttle body is also PCM controlled via the IAC valve (intake air control valve). The IAC valve is attached to the throttle body with two torx screws and has a wire connector plugged into it. Remove the IAC valve, and air cleaner tube attached to the throttle body for access. Clean the passage for the air behind the IAC valve. You might want to have the IAC valve, MAP sensor, and throttle position sensor tested for proper operation if the passage cleaning has no effect.
