120K, light driving for last 50K. Mostly highway mileage first 70K. Wife's car.

Same question for my 98 Accord, V6. 175K original belt changed at 90K; I'm second owner. Light driving, mostly highway. (mostly ride my motorcycle!)

For both, your 1997 Honda CR-V 4Cyl. and the 1998 Honda Accord V6, it is recommended, replace the Timing Belt (regardless of the condition) and
Inspect the Water Pump at every 105,000 miles or every 84 months.
