How do you use the navigation system? I'm unable to enter a destination. Doesn't this work like a Tom-Tom? Please help. I have tried several times and also have read and re-read the user manual without success.

    On my 06, after entering the address push OK then another screen pops up push Enter Destination the address entry is now complete. Start driving, you should hear your audio prompts.

    The problem is it won't let me type in an address. I start to type in the address and then half the letters or numbers disappear and it won't let me continue? This is a 2005 Escalade.

    Recently lost navigation. Unit would not recognize disc. Bought new disc. - No Change. Are there any quick fixes? Is the answer ties to BCM. I just had to replace PCM - $$$$$$. Any ideas?
