Question: Navigation doesn't work

 Rookie

Recently lost navigation. Unit would not recognize disc. Bought new disc. - No Change. Are there any quick fixes? Is the answer ties to BCM. I just had to replace PCM - $$$$$$. Any ideas?

  If there are no other error messages related to the navigation system I would suspect the navigation fault in your 2003 Cadillac Escalade is being caused by the navigation radio. Proper diagnoses of the navigation system is critical before replacing the navigation radio.
