I've been with this organization for many years and I trust them. They are very trustworthy. They are very nice. Professionally, they are very nice. Personally, they are very nice. I beleive they are trustworthy. They go out of their way. I'm sure I'm not the only one on that. They go out of their way for any customer. On a personal note, I have been stranded more than once and they came to my rescue. There was no question about that.

I felt very welcome and it is a family based buisness. It was very appreciated as opposed to a dealer who is out to screw you. The mechanics were better than expected. Everyone from the receptionist to the mechanics. Also, the mechanic went out of his way to pick me up. He was the only one there. He came and picked me up.

I did appreciate how quickly they did my repair, however I am concerned because my car recently broke down for something related to that. That is kind of up in the air, and I won't know for about a week or so, but everything was good on the initial repair. I appreciate that they have a service that could take you to a mall while you wait and you get a ride back again when you finish.

I love National Automotive! I have been bring my vehicles as well as extended family and friends vehicles there for about 15 years now. I know when I bring my car in, thinkgs will be taken care of quickly and efficiently. The staff is super friendly and goes over and above! I highly recommend this shop for all your needs!!

my truck didn't pass emissions. I alredy new what was wrong because they told me at the emissions place. It was running rich n had a misfire, basically it needed a tune up and a new spark plug. I told them that. They said it would be $99.00 just to diagnose the problem. that we,, already,, knew, and if it costs $99.00 just for that, what were they gonna charge for the tune up??? I didn't bother to ask. They probably would have charged me $99.00 to tell me that too. ARE THEY KIDDING ???

Great service and friendly staff. We have been taking our cars to National Automotive for many years. They have always provided excellent service and reasonable prices. We started using National Automotive based on a friends recommendation. This has always been the best way for me to find great businesses. We used to live very close so they were also very convenient. However, we have moved a bit further away but it is well worth the drive to know we are getting the quality and great service we have now been accustom to receiving. They are also locally owned and I love supporting our local businesses.

In this instance they went out of their way to find the best deals on new tires for my car, drove me to work, and had my car ready for me when I got off work. Couldn't be happier.

Randy and his staff were GREAT!!! I took the car by the shop because of a radiator problem. They were very busy and it was later in the afternoon. Randy checked the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix it, excellent price. I asked when I could bring it back in for the repair(because they were so busy) I told him I work six days a week but was off that day. Randy told me we will have it ready by 5:30 today! That was great customer service and trust me I have a new shop from now on. Ps the car is running great!

I have been a customer of National Automotive for about 4 years. One might ask "Why National Automotive?" My answer is simple. Yesterday, November 9th 2012 while out driving on business, I noticed steam coming from under the hood. I pulled off the road and called Randy McLaughlin, the owner of National Automotive and explained the situation. I was about 9 miles from National Automotive's shop. Shortly after my call, Randy arrived with water and coolant at no charge. He also requested I bring the car into the shop for a system flush with fresh coolant at no cost. Service, price and peace of mind. Priceless.

I started going to National on the advice of a friend - years ago. At first I only took one car (the other I stayed with a dealership). I have since put both cars in the hands of Randy and his mechanics. I trust them both in the work they do and in the prices they charge. In fact, Randy and the staff are so good, whether I want to or not, I may end up keeping my '94 and '87 vehicles forever because they continue to run so well. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

I have been taking my cars to Randy, Tom & the crew for the past 10+ years. Recently my 2008 Subaru Forester was not getting its usual good gas mileage (even after having it into the dealership). My A/C wasn't working and I was told by another mechanic that the A/C compressor needed to be replaced (a very costly repair). Brought my vehicle to National and they were able to fix it for $100 without having to replace the compressor. I highly recommend this shop for their integrity and competence.

I have been taking my car here for a few years now and I have always been impressed with the level of service I have been given. A good, trustworthy shop is hard to find and I would recommend National Automotive Repair to anyone. I have the added benefit of living just down the road but even if that were not the case I would, and have, gone out of my way to ensure my car is in hands I could trust and as long as they are in business and regardless of where I live, I will continue bringing my car into their skilled,trustworthy hands.

I was having car problems and thought it was my transmission slipping. I went to the Internet on super pages and found National Automotive Repair . I went to their website and listened to the introduction from Randy (the owner). I emailed them and got a response from Lari. Randy called me and I explained what my car was doing. He said it could be a blocked catalytic converter . I took it down and he diagnosed it to be a cooling fan clutch that was out. I had him fix the car. I have to tell you my car runs great !!!!! Thank you Randy at National Automotive Repair. 5 stars is not enough!!!!!!!

You will not find a better place to bring your car than to National Automotive Repair because a better place does not exist. I've been a customer of theirs for over 3 years now & they continue to exceed my expectations still, even to this day.

I have lived all over the Country & gone to dozens of Mechanics & they are by far the BEST I have ever seen. Nobody out there even comes close to Randy, Tom & the entire Team at National. They are honest, professional, and have been a pleasure to deal with always. In an industry where good honest people are so difficult to find, they are a real gem & I value my relationship with them like gold.

They will not charge you even a dime more than necessary to complete a job & their work has always been Top Notch.

A few years ago when I had temporarily moved to Florida for work related reasons, I had National go thru my entire car from top to bottom & fix everything that was wrong. Because of the work that Randy, Tom, & their Team did on my 14 year old Lexus with 130,000+ miles, I was able to drive that car cross country from Phoenix, AZ to Ft. Lauderdale, FL - with no issues whatsoever!

I have since moved back to Phoenix & will be a National Automotive Repair customer for life. I would highly recommend National Automotive Repair to Anyone.

WOW! I finally get to applaud NAP for their outstanding service and professional commitment to their customers. They do go above and beyond, and they have unequivocally earned my trust. They never 'hipe' a repair...they'll write it on a work order, make recommendations, and give me the reasons why. Sick and tired of being taken advantage of by other shops, I decided to give National a shot, based on the many excellent reviews I read online. I was not disappointed! With other shops, when I get the call with an estimate, it’s usually lot of nonsensical tech-talk and a big bottom line. I usually get off the phone and tell my wife what they told me, and she balks at the estimate and explanation. With Randy at National, he not only spoke to be in terms that I could easily understand, when I reported to my wife how much work he was offering to do for a fraction of the price we’re used to being quoted, she immediately approved! As Randy put it, they passed “the wife test”! Yes they did!!! Randy even picked me up at my house to bring me back to the garage! The invoice I received after the work was done explained in detail (and non-jargon) what they did and how much each thing cost. I think I have finally found a mechanic I can trust to do only the work that’s needed, at a fair price, and with reasonable turnaround. Hallelujah!!!

I took my Ford F150 to have check engine light fixed before emission testing. These guys were great! I really like the fact that they offer to take you home or pick you up instead of waiting around. Although i've only been there once, they seem really warm, caring and not trying to upsell you. Will be going back!!! Thanks Guys & Gal :-)

I took my 2002 Chevy Silverado in for repairs. The check engine light had been coming on sporadically and I needed a complete checkup of the truck. They fixed the initial problem plus other items needing repair. The service was excellent and they are always very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

I took my 05 Matrix in to have the a/c checked. It had completely stopped blowing cold air... at the beginning of what promised to be a long, HOT summer. I've known many others this had happened to, so I mentally prepared myself to be told I need a new compressor to the tune of $600-$800. Much to my surprise and delight, Randy explained that the tech had discovered part of the compressor was loose and just needed to be tightened. When most shops would probably have not taken the time to fully diagnose and do what's best for the customer, NAR saved me hundreds of dollars and got me back on the road in ice-cold bliss. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, fair, and thorough auto repairs.

Randy and his TEAM really operate as a team by working together to get things solved. My car is seven years old and is in really good shape with 71K miles. However, a few problems emerged that I was unaware until Randy and his team found them when they got into the inter workings of the engine. He showed me the pieces, quoted me a price and got the job done in a timely manner. In the long run I know that National Automotive saved me from a future auto failure. I'll continue to use National Automotive for all of my automotive needs.

My truck has over 300,000 miles and nearly every part has been replaced at least once with the exception of the motor, when it failed emissions I thought we'd be saying our last farewell to the truck. But, not Randy he said, "Bring in it and we'll see what we can do." When I picked up my truck, it wasn't what I expected. At the very best I was hoping Randy would promise a successful trip through emissions. Hear this! Randy had already taken my truck through emissions testing successfully. You can't do better than that. From my past experiences with National Automotive (clutch, shocks, alternator, catalytic converter) it really wasn't a surprise. These guys treat me right and I’m nobody. I am so grateful.

I picked up my car from family- that's exactly what Randy and the whole team at National Automotive make you feel like. They fixed my brakes, and took some time to go over some things that I need to be award of for future service. They kept my vehicle for a week or more to get me through to a paycheck. In todays world with little customer service anymore... and even less compassion- National Automotive took time with me- time for me, a busy, professional woman, to explain everything to me until I understood it and until it made sence.
