There is a nut where the wiper arm pivots. Pop off the plastic cover and position wiper correctly then tighten nut. The plastic cover can be removed by twisting a screw driver under it or prying up on it with a "V" shaped tool that will fit around it. They are tricky to get off without damage to the black paint on wiper arm some you may want to put a dish rag or something over the area where you are prying aginst.
