The only time there is a squeak is when I am making the 3 point turn to get out of my driveway.

It could be the bushings on the control arms. Soak the bushings with a penetrating lubricant and see if the squeak subsides temporarily.

Is the squeaking only when the steering wheel is turned as far as it will go in either direction? Is it more closely related to the sharp turning of the steering wheel or do you have to be moving in order to get the 'squeak' to occur. Be able to duplicate the sound for whatever shop you bring it to.
