my van wont turn over on 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager

i have changed the fuel pump gave it a tune up changed almost everything i can think of...will start if i spray starter fluid but then dies..what could be wrong

Check to see if you have fuel pressure (49-52 psi) at the fuel rail test port. If not, your fuel pump relay or Crankshaft Position Sensor could be defective. If the Powertrain Control Module does not receive a signal from the Crank Position Sensor, The fuel pump relay will not energize and the fuel pump will not run.
