It doesn't have a carburetor, that is the throttle body. With the information given, it sounds like the fuel pump needs to be replaced.

You can check the old one when you get it out, or jump the fuel pump relay and test the power and ground when you get to the plug on top of the tank. Another quick check is sometimes you can get a 2x4 or rubber hammer and beat the hell out of the fuel tank enough to jar the existing fuel pump and sometimes it will activate the pump and it will run. If that works then you for sure know that the pump circuit is good. Be sure to replace the pump anyway, because there is no guarantee it will ever run again, and will leave you stranded again.

check fuel pump relay or it might have a fuse.make sure you hear the fuel pump turn on when you turn the key on.

Turn the key to on position , listen for the fuel relay to prime pump
For seconds then it will click off.
So basically turn to on then after 2 sec you'll
    Here a click if u hear that , it's the pump .
But don't worry if it doesn't start after new pump is installed ,
Switch with another relay in the box like the horn relay , there all the same..

I have been looking at some of your post, steevies, and you can give a lot of misinformation. Some times it's better to listen and learn than to open your mouth to show everyone how just how much you don't know, IMO.
