You need a few basic items for your 1994 Ford F-159 to start. Spark, Fuel, and Compression. The spark must be the correct voltage and at the correct time. The fuel pressure must be correct and injectors firing the correct time. Finally engine compression must be to specification and the engine in good mechanical order. From what you have said it a good place to start checking would be with the fuel system. Fuel pressure checked using a proper pressure gauge. IF fuel pressure is OK the the next step would be to check for proper injector signal. Next confirm the spark you are getting for the correct voltage. Next would be to check the engine compression to make sure it is correct. As you can see, there are a lot of things to check when diagnosing a no start condition.
