Any warning lights? Check engine light? If the car drives normally "cold" but then starts to fail "warmed up", suspect an engine control issue. Once the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is noticing the engine is at normal operating temperature, it starts to go to "closed loop" which means that it is reading all the appropriate sensors and using the information provided to now adjust air, fuel and spark mixtures as necessary to run the engine correctly. An engine that dies when in "closed loop" has sensors that tell the engine to either dump tons of fuel or starve fuel usually. Could be a unmetered air leak at the engine, vacuum leak, oxygen sensor issue, even fuel pump issue as the fuel gets warm.
