Question: My truck just started screaching, sounds like rubber, going straight and turning

seems to stop screaching when turning right but still when turning left.

    LIGHTLY APPLY BRAKE TO SEE IF NOISE STOPS. IF SO CHECK FRONT BRAKE PADS.
    ALSO BEARINGS TO SEE IF ANY PLAY THERE.

    Check power steering fluid level (it can be the pump due to lack of lubrication).
