Question: My truck is not shifting correctly

nomadx4, 6.0L V8 Diesel Turbo, Wentzville, MO, December 10, 2012, 06:41
 Rookie

Truck won't downshift into low range or up shift into high range. Tow/Haul switch is flashing on and off
