my tranny gets 2 gears I think. I gotta get 2500 rpms and let off the gas on 1994 Chevrolet Suburban 1500

igotta get up to 2500 rpms before it will shift into the gear it stays in after that. it wont shift anymore after that. plz help!!

Check your transmission fluid first. Make sure your at the correct level.

changed fluids, and kit. still does the same thing. probly need a new one or a rebuilt one

also ck for burn't fluid if ok seek a free diag and est from aamco then ck prices

The correct answer would be if your fluid is not burnt, change your solenoids in your transmission that van be done by taking your tranny pan off. This is a common misconception among owners but if your tranny isn't clanging and gears aren't grinding its probably your solenoids.
