1997 Chevrolet Tahoe

Question: my tohoe sometimes will start and stall several times.

normally after starting there no problem. however the last couple weeks sometime it would stall at low speed(35mph. the tachometer have not been working properly,The fuel filter and pump was changed with in 13 months. Would it be the ingnition module?

    Does your engine stall when letting of the gas or with steady throttle? If the stalling occurs at idle or when letting of the throttle you may have a low idle condition caused by a dirty throttle body. Steady throttle stalling and erratic tach operation could be signs of a failing crankshaft position sensor.
