2002 Toyota 4Runner Question: My runner runs great but it just turned over 100k miles do I need major service?

2002 4runner.What is the average cost of this service? What can I expect to be done? Can this major service be put off or will I be sorry I delayed?

    Look through your service and maintenance records.Spark plugs may be due, valve clearances are shim adjusted may be worth while checking the clearances. Every 30k miles I change all the fluids in the car, trans oil, diff oil, brake fluid, anti freeze ect... peace of mind and ensure the Toyota will run 200 or 300k miles. I understand cost is so important these days decide how long you will probably keep your Toyota. We have customers with 300 and 400K on their cars.

    Plugs aand timing belt should be replaced at 90K. Every 120K you should adjust valve clearances. If you haven;t completed thoses services then schedule it.
