my rear passenger doors can't be opened from the inside. What are possible causes? on 2003 Jeep Liberty

When I hit the "unlock" either from the driver door lock control or from the key fob; the front doors can be opened from inside the car. The rear passenger doors cannot. What are possible causes?

Check to see if there's a 'child safety lock' for the rear doors. There would be a toggle on the door near the latch mechanism. you may have it in the locked position.

Hi Superbob, I don't see a toggle on either door. Could something electrical be disconnected? One of the doors was replaced a few months ago.
