it sat up for awhile I put a new battery on it and it turns over but want start. I don't know what to try first

ck inertia switch and reset its located on rt side of firewall on pass side. push to reset if still no start ck fuel pressure

Do what globalhelper says. A little more specific on the 'sat up for a while' might help for any more suggestions. three days , three months ,three years?? Old gas , rodent damage?

spray throttle body cleaner down the intake and crank it. if it fires then dies you have a fuel problem
