1997 Dodge Ram 1500

Question: My Ram 1500 A/C blows hot air. In the past it has been a fuse in the inside box.

I do not know which fuse it is as it happens rarely. The A/C Clutch pulley is moving but the Clutch is not. If it is the fuse, which is it? If it is the A/C Relay, how do you test it? Two weeks ago it was blowing 47 degrees.

    on the fuse panel it should have the name fo the a/c it will say h/t,a/c. relays arent expensive and you cant test them so buy a new on
