Question: My radio, navigation, clock will work and then freeze .Any ideas the cause?

The screen is touch and it will work if I turn off engine open door and start car again . It will sometimes work and then freeze?

    I see there is one service bulletin about refreshing or upgrading the software for the navigation system. TSB TS2607037
