If you turn the car off, and do not open the doors, the radio and power windows will work. If they work after you open the door, then I would be concerned.

Think about it this way, you pull into a take out / curbside service, you turn the key off to cutoff the car (so you don't waste gas) but you still want to listen to the radio, or roll down the window to place your order. If you open the door, the radio will cut off.

This will automatically cut off after 5 minutes, or until you open the door.
