It's hard to say what is wrong without being able to do diagnostic tests and checking for power to various items. I know some cars are very sensitive to wrong battery polarity and or voltage spikes. Did you inadvertently instal the battery (-) to (+) by accident if so I have seen some cars blow out the fuel injection computer or other circuits.
