Question: My power window motor runs but the windon will not go down. What can be done?

This always occurs whenec\ver I try to use the window.

    Your window sits in a track that has an arm from the motor that moves it up and down. The arm or the linkage to it has broken and needs to be replaced. Most shops will do this repair.
