My passenger side window does't go down. I here the motor work window moves 1/8" on 2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager

I can hear the motor work and the window goes down about 1/8 of an inch. It doesn't matter which switch is being used (either the drivers side switch or the switch on the passenger door).

replace the window motor and regulator. common failure. part is about 150 labor is 1.5 hours.

Is the motor and regulator all one piece or is there two parts, a motor and a regulator that has to be replaced?
they are sold as one assembly.
