2003 Hyundai Elantra Question: My low beams no longer work, only high beams work. It is not a fuse problem.

Recheck the 15 amp fuse marked HL/P Low with a volt meter make sure you have power at that fuse, also in the passenger compartment fuse box check fuse #20 (10 Amp), they supply power to the low beam relay, which in turn supply power out to the bulbs. The yellow wire at the bulb should have power when the light switch is at low beam position. Is it possible both bulbs are bad.
