Any "Check Engine Light " on? Does it seem engine related like an ignition misfire/ bad spark plug/ bad ignition coil? or does it seem like its not engine related for example a bad engine mount? It could be many things, unfortunately and without experiencing the problem first hand or being able to do some basic diagnostic tests its hard to say.
Have the codes retrieved using a scantool you'll probably find a bad coil or spark plug. That engine has "screw adjusted" intake and exhaust valves often over looked as part of a tune up can easily cause a cylinder misfire.
