I accidentally left my windshield wipers turned on. It snowed about 2 inches over night and when i turned on my car the next morning they obviously tried to start wiping back and forth. My passenger wiper is still working perfectly fine but my drivers side wiper will only move a tiny bit. I can physically move it up and down to get the junk of the windshield, but as it is still winter i need this to be working properly so I can have full vision. HELP PLEEASE!!! i looked under the hood and I can not see where the blades connect anything.

This is likely due to a loose nut on the wiper arm, quite common. I'm not familiar with how the wiper arm looks, but there may be a plastic cover over the nut. Access the nut and tighten it up, it should fix this.
