First is to check the key fobs. The metal tab that holds the battery in will come loose a lot on these GM fobs. If it is get the fob repaired or replaced first.

Lets start from the beginning... What is not working properly? I'm assuming the door lock and unlock from the power switch on the door works but won't lock and unlock from the key fob. If this is correct will the "check mark" on the dash work with other functions... say reseting oil life?

Sorry I only have information on how to program with my scan tool. For the fun of it check the DSM 10 amp fuse in the IP fuse box. This runs the receiver.

I just had this same problem and the dealership had to replace the BCM. My remote would not work, my tpms would not read and my service system light stayed on. They changed it out and everything works fine.
