1998 Nissan Maxima

Question: My key is stuck in the ignition. C.

I can't remove the key from the ignition of 1998 nissan maxima. The key will start the car and do every thing except go to the lock positon so that I can take it out.

    Sounds like an ignition lock, or the shift lock system is malfunctioning, have you had a chance to have a shop look at it? Or have you looked into it further?
