My Jeep shakes at higher speeds now. It did not before. Why? on 1999 Jeep Wrangler

I did have the front passenger tire replaced. It had an inspection sticker put on just a few months ago also. They raised the Jeep up and checked the ball joints then. It passed.

certain types of wear patterns will 'balance' okay on a machine but still cause vibration. Change the location of the replaced tire and see if that has an effect on the vibration (location or severity).

was it a new tire if so ck balance

No not new but the tire place I bought it did balance it. I may have another tire out of balance seeing that the vibration is not in the front end.
