D light is flashing because a fault has been detected with the transmission. The VTM-4 light is on because your all-wheel-drive is automaticlly disabled to prevent more damage to associated systems.3rd and 4th clutch pressure switches were common problems on those (not warranty). Dealer would be quickest cause they most likely would have either switch in stock IF that's what it is.EITHER WAY I don't recommend you drive it with the light flashing constantly ...even though you might not feel it , it could be doing more damage as you drive it.Get it properly diagnosed first before having any repairs done , and ONLY use HONDA ATF even if you have to bring it to the independent shop yourself(4 quarts is sufficient- have them do a drain and re-fill while there doing whatever else it needs .Hope after all this typing I might be right and have been of some help. Good luck.
