Actuators or blend doors have broken. Can you hear the mechanism trying to move?

no i don't know what that is ( mechanism ) but six month's later the vehicle was in an accident on the right front passenger side which i later found out that the right passenger floor was wet. thank you so much for answering my question but however the heat still comes out at the top of the dashboard when turned on. what is actuator's and blend doors? do i need to replace it and if so.Is it really expensive? thanks again for your help.

Wet carpet is the heater core but since you have heat in the other vents and the cooling system is full and pressurizes I would call Adrian at Milt's in Vallejo. (707)643-7548
