1999 Plymouth Breeze Q&A
1999 Plymouth Breeze Question: my heater blower only works on high
I usually have been successful in replacing a resistor without replacing the blower motor, although, a shorted (drawing too much current) motor could burn out the resistor. I suppose you could power up the motor with clip leads to the battery, and see if it runs well. If so, it's probably not shorted. If the clip lead wires melt, then the motor's probably shorted.. Don't burn your fingers.. - Superbob
if the blower motor is on a closed loop whenit is supose to be open, then it will short out the relay. have both replaced - straightshooter51
Heater grinds when on or squeeks. Sometimes I can turn it off and then it will be ok for a few.
What is the problem ?
