I've tried replacing the fuse and that hasn't worked. Neither the driver's seat nor the passenger seat heats up any more. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

The heated seat elements have been problematic in a lot of vehicles. You can check the connections under the seat to make sure they are plugged in and not corroding, but the most likely fix will be to take the seats apart and replace the heating pads.

Have ALL the fuses tested with a test light. That is the ONLY way to be sure it is not a blown fuse! Up to you.
