My fuel guage and tempaerature read inaccurate readings. on 2005 Pontiac Bonneville

I have taken the fuse out and back in. Sometime that has worked. But i want to know what the problem is.

fuel gauge sender unit could be your problem inside the gas tank. temperature is another issue like temp switch, thermostat or low coolant
