Honestly by far the best experience from start to finish for an automotive repair shop. Brian is Excellent!! Very knowledgeable, outlines only the repairs needed with a fair, comparable price, customer service is excellent as well. Very polite and follows up after repairs to ensure satisfaction. I have a 2008 mazda 3. The 120,000 mile service was completed for a very fair price. When one of the headlights was found to be out, instead of just installing a new one, I was given replacement options and the staff shopped around for the best price, saving me $50!

Walked in asking if they had time for an oil change, inspection, headlight restoration, and air filter replacement. What I got was exactly that... plus great customer service. Soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly attentive and friendly receptionist. Work was done in 30-40 mins. When finished, I was shown what I might need to keep an eye on in the future... which was a lot better than simply being told a bunch vehicular jargon that I don't understand. All in all, great shop.

I have a Toyota 4Runner that needed all 4 calipers replaced. A neighbor recommended I talk to My Dad's Automotive. They were the most competitive price out of 4 shops. Also, they said they could get it done in a day. Most shops wanted to have the car for 2-3 - which is tough. The car brakes like a new one now. I'm very pleased and will return.

He told me about a problem covered by the manufacturer, to get it fixed and save me money, and he provided information where the defect was for the vehicle He told me before he fixed it to pursue it with the manufacturer. Probably the defect was inherent to the manufacturer. He saved me about a thousand dollars, he said the manufacturer repaired the problem. Customer service is really friendly and very professional.
