When my cooling fan is on it wobbles and makes a TERRIBLE NOISE???

    with the engine off, grasp the fan blade and see if the fan motor mounting or fan blade came loose from the shaft or motor housing. Sounds like you need a new motor with a fan blade. Follow the directions that come with both.
