Question: my car wont start back up it sounds as if it wants to start before i shut it off

hard to push break when was driving

    Hard to push the brake pedal when the engine is running/lack of brake assist, sounds like a failing brake booster. The starting issue could be many things hard to just guess without being able to do some basic diagnostic tests.
