Question: my car will not give me heat unless i put it up to the 3-4 dial how come?

also along with that i never really get any cool air since ive had it.....so i roll my windows down because i know itll cost me a pertty penny!! to fix... so what do you think it may be? thxs

    THIS COULD BE ANYTHING FROM A RESISTOR TO BLEND DOOR PROB OR EVEN FREON ISSUE W/ A/C. GET A PROPER DIAG B4 YOU START THROWING PARTS AT IT
