My car temp says its cold even after I drive around on 2004 Chrysler Sebring

My temp on my car stays cold even after I drive for long periods at a time

The thermostat may be stuck open. While checking that, it may be time to flush the coolant if it hasn't been done in the last few years.

probably the outdoor air sensor is not working properly, it seems to air conditioning. can also then the engine coolant sensor tse those componet and dry again
